Co-education in Green: tools for adult educators to transform shared outdoor spaces into accessible green learning spaces

Co-education in Green is a two-year Erasmus + (KA2) project that aims to help adult educators develop competences by fostering shared values, promoting social inclusion and personal participation, and contributing to addressing environmental challenges by transforming shared outdoor spaces into greener and more educational ones. adapted spaces.

Objectives:

  1. Strengthen the cooperation and leadership skills of adult educators;

  2. To improve the knowledge of adult educators about nature-oriented education;

  3. Strengthen relationship with local communities and promote the values ​​of social inclusion, sustainability and accessibility;

  4. Foster cooperation and networking between various organizations active in the field of adult education at national and European level.

Methodology for creating shared green spaces

The methodology will provide an interactive database with examples, links and information to help adult educators and training centers transform shared spaces into greener and more environmentally friendly learning spaces.

Guidelines for setting up a multisensory garden

IO3

Guidelines / guide to help training centers set up multisensory gardens for adults with various special needs. The project partners will provide clear steps that will help the various stakeholders work together to create an accessible, customized outdoor space that stimulates all the senses. Project partners will also equip these spaces at their organizations.
