Programos tikslas – supažindinti mokymų dalyvius su streso samprata, jo įtaka asmens fiziologinei ir psichologinei būsenai bei valdymo galimybėmis.

 

Programos uždaviniai:

  • Pristatyti streso sampratos pagrindinius aspektus: apibrėžimą, stadijas, požiūrius ir mitus.

  • Aptarti galimas fiziologines, psichologines, socialines reakcijas į stresą.

  • Supažindinti su galimomis streso pasekmėmis asmens fizinei ir psichinei sveikatai.

  • Supažinti ir išbandyti praktiškai streso įveikos metodus, aptariant jų naudą tiek fizinei, tiek emocinei sveikatai.

Programos tikslas – supažindinti su smurto samprata, formomis ir reagavimo alogritmu udymo įstaigoje, įtariant galimą smurtą vaiko atžvilgiu artimoje aplinkoje.

 

Programos uždaviniai:

  • Supažindinti programos dalyvius su smurto samprata ir smurto formomis bei jų atpažinimo požymiais vaikų atžvilgiu artimoje aplinkoje.

  • Susipažinti su įstatymine baze, reglamentuojančią vaikų apsaugą nuo smurto artimoje aplinkoje.

  • Aptarti ugdymo įstaigos darbuotojo/darbuotojų veiksmus, įtariant galimą smurtą vaiko atžvilgiu.

  • Pateikti bendravimo, bendradarbiavimo būdus su šeima, kurioje vyrauja smurtinė atmosfera.

  • Aptarti prevencines priemones ugdymo įstaigoje, apsaugančias vaikus nuo smurto ir/ar mažinančias smurto poveikį vaiko asmenybei.

  • Suteikti žinių, kaip reaguoti į įtariamą smurtą vaiko atžvilgiu artimoje aplinkoje vykstant nuotoliniui ugdymui.

Programos tikslas – supažindinti programos dalyvius su vaikų agresyvaus elgesio priežastimis, išraiška ir pozityvios disciplinos, konfliktų valdymo, problemų sprendimo būdais.

 

Programos uždaviniai:

  • Pristatyti vaikų agresyvaus, iššaukiančio, neprisitaikančio elgesio priežastis, motyvus bei išraišką.

  • Supažindinti su konflikto valdymo būdais ir jų taikymu ugdymo procese.

  • Išmokti spręsti iškilusias problemas bendradarbiaujant su vaiku ir jo įstatyminiais atstovais.

  • Susipažinti su jausmų atpažinimo ir valdymo būdais, pozityvia disciplina.

  • Taikyti teigiamo padrąsinimo, tinkamo elgesio pastiprinimo metodus, siekiant sumažinti agresyvų elgesį.

The aim of the program is to introduce participants with the concept of stress, its influence on the person's physiological and psychological state and management possibilities.

 

Objectives of the program:

  • Introduce the main aspects of the concept of stress: definition, stages, attitudes and myths.

  • Discuss possible physiological, psychological, social reactions to stress.

  • To acquaint with the possible consequences of stress on a person's physical and mental health.

  • To get acquainted with and test practical methods of coping with stress, discussing their benefits for both physical and emotional health.

The aim of the program is to introduce with the concept of violence, forms and response algorithm in the educational institution, suspecting possible violence against a child in the close environment.

 

Objectives of the program:

  • To acquaint the participants of the program with the concept of violence and forms of violence and their recognition signs in relation to children in the immediate environment.

  • Get acquainted with the legal framework governing the protection of children from domestic violence.

  • Discuss the actions of the employee (s) of the educational institution on suspicion of possible violence against the child.

  • To provide ways of communication and cooperation with a family in which a violent atmosphere prevails.

  • Discuss preventive measures in the educational institution that protect children from violence and / or reduce the impact of violence on the child's personality.

  • To provide knowledge on how to respond to suspected violence against a child in the immediate environment during distance education.

The aim of the program is to introduce participants of the program with the causes of children's aggressive behavior, expression and ways of positive discipline, conflict management and problem solving.

 

Objectives of the program:

  • To present the reasons, motives and expression of children's aggressive, provocative, unacceptable behavior.

  • To acquaint with conflict management methods and their application in the educational process.

  • To learn to solve problems in cooperation with the child and his / her legal representatives.

  • Get acquainted with ways of recognizing and managing feelings, a positive discipline.

  • Apply positive encouragement, appropriate behavior reinforcement techniques to reduce aggressive behavior.

The aim of the program is to introduce participants with the human trafficking, prevention of violence and bullying in educational institutions, with a detailed overview of the concepts, forms, response methods and assistance possibilities for victims.

 

Objectives of the program:

  • To present the concept, forms and situation of human trafficking in Lithuania and other countries.

  • Discuss what actions should be taken by the the educational institution employee after identifying the case (s) of human trafficking.

  • To present the peculiarities of communication with potential victims of human trafficking.

  • Provide a list of institutions that could provide assistance to victims of trafficking.

  • Discuss the identification of risk factors and the provision of effective assistance to victims.

  • To present the peculiarities of work with the victim and her relatives.

  • To discuss problems and challenges in the prevention of human trafficking, violence and bullying in the educational institutions.

The aim of the program is to introduce members of educational institutions with the concepts of crisis and trauma, their developmental phases, response to crises in a child's life, and assistance to him.

Objectives of the program:

  • To acquaint program participants with the concepts of crisis, trauma, discussing the most common in the lives of children and adolescents, their developmental phases, physical, psychological and social signs of crises and the impact on personality formation.

  • To get acquainted with the concept of suicidal behavior, risk factors and help options.

  • To present ways of responding to crisis cases in an educational institution and possibilities of assistance to students.

  • Get acquainted with the legal framework related to crisis response in an educational institution and the response algorithm.

  • Discuss ways to respond to crises in distance learning.

  • Provide possible methods of post-intervention and prevention in case of crises and traumatic events.

5. Participate in specific activities that will include smartphones, mobile apps.
