The teacher is pleasant, "feels" the audience. Training is relaxed, well-coordinated practical tasks and theory.

Information about diseases (dementia, alzheimer’s) was useful in helping us better understand the clients we often encounter in our work. Useful training information on levels of intellectual disability, the path of suicide development, how to recognize and help a person. I will also use conflict resolution techniques in my work.

Laima

Methodological material and training always give something to personal growth, so these training are no exception. In work practice, I think I have found ways to adapt the training material and use it for work and personal issues.
