Project aims to contribute to the horizontal priority "Inclusion and diversity in all areas of education, training, youth and sport" by developing the competencies of adult educators, trainers, monitors, psychologists, social workers, institutions and administrative staff, so that they can support people with intellectual disabilities in carrying out basic administrative procedures and, on the other hand, promote the participation of people with disabilities in social activities to improve the quality of life of this group of people.

 

Main goals:

  1. To provide information through different practical materials to increase competences in the management of administrative
    procedures to specialists and people with intellectual and/or sensory disabilities.

  2. To promote the autonomy of people with disabilities and improve their social inclusion.

  3. To encourage the use of digital tools in the management of different daily situations in specialists and people with
    intellectual disabilities, and to improve communication between them.

Results

  • Database with information about the most relevant public bodies in the partner countries and a guide of inclusive relational aspects for a correct communication with people with disabilities.

  • Guide to improve the competences of specialists in the management of administrative procedures, and to promote the autonomy of people with disabilities.

  • APP for specialists and people with disabilities as an information tool on how and where common administrative procedures can be carried out.
