This week we would like to introduce you to yet another training module: Mail Art Activities in a Different Way. It has proven that art-based activities stimulates bodies and minds!
This programme offers seniors various activities to enjoy: Pick a random activity out of the 38-card set; Capture a memory and share it; Decorate an envelope; Make a collective portrait that will make everybody smile;
This module allows the seniors to express themselves, helps reducing stress, combat depression, better their well-being, and connect with memories they may otherwise have forgotten.
