Stress, tension, excessive workload and responsibility, role conflicts, disagreements with colleagues, fatigue, exhaustion and other similar phenomena have been identified as occupational burnout syndrome. Burnout is related to personal factors. Lower endurance, lower self-esteem, idealized work image, workaholism, idealism, big goals lead to emotional exhaustion. Social workers are not taught how to behave in emotionally difficult situations, so it is very important to provide them with specific knowledge on this issue, acquaint them with preventive measures, and train them how to deal with stressful, stressful situations in the work environment.
